Can the machines work inside a food truck?
Yes! Our machines are designed to be sturdy and portable, so you can install them in a food truck and produce fresh and tasty donuts at various locations. We would also recommend to consider the Gas Heater option, so that you completely eliminate your need for external electrical supply (it allows to run the machine on a battery).

How long does it take to ship and deliver?
Lead time can vary with available inventory and the stage of the current manufacturing cycle. We typically maintain stock for most MP donut machines and components. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and up to 10 business days to other international destinations. Contact us to obtain accurate lead time and reserve your machine.
Which donut machine should I pick?
The MP2 and MP3 donut machines are designed for automatic production of mini, midsize, and large cake donuts. The main deciding factor between these is the size of donuts you'd prefer to produce. Our best seller is the MP3 Machine for Mini Donuts. If unsure, you can also purchase the Donut Size Attachment option to switch and produce all sizes of donuts on the same machine. Each machine is fitted with sufficient power and oil capacity to allow for continuous production of donuts during peak hours. The automation mechanism automatically dispenses donuts, utilizes rods to push them through the fryer, flips them in the middle, and finally takes the donuts out gradually to leave time for the excess oil to drain back into the fryer. Both MP2 and MP3 machines can be purchased with a Gas Heater option. The gas heater allows the machines to work with minimal electricity, which is required to power the controls and motors for dispending donuts. This enables operating the machines on a battery where electrical hookup is not available. MP4 semi-automatic machine has a donut dispensing mechanism that can be rotated, and the donuts drop in the fryer via the press of a button. Donuts must be flipped manually inside the fryer. How does the warranty work?
All machines come with a 1-year warranty. We provide free parts for any repairs needed during the warranty period. After the warranty period expires, we provide free of charge diagnostics service and low cost replacement parts. All machines are designed to last with the highest quality European parts and components. We've only seen rare issues come up from shipping that we address very quickly.
What is a CE Certificate?
The CE Certification of STOK Engineering’s donut machines ensures the machines comply with European Union’s safety, health, and environmental protection standards. It may be required to pass health and safety inspections, especially in the EU. The certification has been issued by an independent laboratory and you can view it here.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship machines internationally to any country that allows imports from the European Union.
Where are the machines made?
We manufacture all our equipment in-house, in our production facility near Plovdiv, Bulgaria. We welcome visitors to come meet us in person and get a free in-person demo and training.
